Registration Policy

Payment in full must be made when registering your child for camp. All camps have limited enrollment and may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met one week prior to the start of the session.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be given if camper cancels at least 14 days prior to the start of camp. If camper cancels at least 7 days prior to camp a 50% refund will be offered. No refund will be offered if camper cancels between 6 days prior and the start of camp.

Scholarships and Drop Ins

Some scholarship money is available.  Email us at infovae@comcast.net to check eligibility.

Daily drop in rate is $50 and allowable only if the camp is not full and must be reserved by emailing us at infovae@comcast.net
